By downloading or using AbScore ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
AbScore is a fitness-tracking and motivation tool. It provides physique scores, workout programs, and AI coaching for general informational and motivational purposes only. AbScore is not a medical device, and its scores, body-fat estimates, calorie/macro figures, and coaching are not medical, dietetic, or professional advice, and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Nutrition and physique figures are estimates. Always consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian before starting any diet or exercise program, and stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell. You use the app and follow any guidance at your own risk.
You must be at least 17 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AbScore.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its network requests; attempt to bypass usage limits or extract credentials; use the app to generate content unrelated to fitness; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Your logs, photos, and messages remain yours and are stored on your device. You grant us only the limited, temporary right to transmit the specific photo or message you submit to our AI provider to generate a result, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The app, its design, code, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable law. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, health outcome, data loss, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
